Under the Sea Fun

Tonight the Club House Artists learned about "action lines" when we drew our kissing orcas. They started the drawing with an action line so the orcas would show lots of movement. I think they drew much better orcas than their teacher today. Secondly, we had fun drawing more jellyfish but added Sandy Squirrel, SpongeBob's friend. She's having a blast riding the jellies. Her body was a good example of a cylinder.

Rockets!!

Let's celebrate our awesome rocket drawings with an awesome cake drawing! With each new group I always enjoy the cake drawing. It's such an easy drawing to teach and looks so advance and nice. The kids like drawing cakes for homework after they come back from this session. It's fun to see what types of cakes they come up with.

Still Life

I gave the Club House Artists a test. I arranged a still life on the table and asked them to draw it without help from me. They did really well. :-)

More Bananas

We had so much fun drawing bananas yesterday and the dragon in the mailbox that my Thurs. night crew drew the same thing. This dragon is being mailed to Germany!

Here are their drawings from the previous two classes. Two talented young ladies.
