Our 6's gained another 6 to the group this week. Boy, she didn't miss a beat with this group! We kept telling her throughout the class that by her drawings it seems like she's been with us since the beginning.
A previous student wanted to draw Super Mario Bros. after a class on foreshortened circles. I had him do it for homework since we didn't get a chance to in class. When thinking about introducing foreshortened circles to new students I decided that we would finally do our version of Super Mario Bros. It worked perfectly for our new students to grasp the idea. We had a lot of fun creating our version of Mario land. Enjoy! (Click to enlarge drawings)
